Dear attendees, We are very sorry to have to switch the conference to virtual mode but we want all the participants to be able to attend the conference. As the current pandemic situation does not allow us all to meet in person, therefore, we have changed the format to offer you the conference online. We are dedicated to maintaining the ParCFD high quality standard while reducing the registration fee.

We are in the middle of the preparation of the next ParCFD conference that will be held from May 17 to 19 2021 onsite, in the beautiful city of Nice in France. We thank all of you who complete our attendance survey. The period remains very uncertain and will make it difficult/impossible to happen in next October. Since the 2021 edition is postponed until 2022, we - the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee, have decided to postpone this edition to 2021. Please, bookmark the new dates: May 17-19, 2021. We look forward to welcoming you all in Nice, next May. In the meantime, take care of yourselves and your loved ones. Dear attendees, The situation in Europe regarding the corona-virus pandemic is in a worrying state. We have all been impacted by the preventive measures taken by our governments. These draconian measures and the uncertainty surrounding this pandemic make it impossible to hold the conference in May. Indeed, the French epidemic peak could be reached in April and the situation would clear up at the end of April to the beginning of May. This seems too short for decision-making and authorization to travel in early May from other countries. At the same time, the conference preparation has known a success as evidenced by the invitation of 7 world-renowned plenary speakers in various fields of computational Fluid dynamics and the organization of 5 special mini-symposiums on themes including new topics for the conference (such as deep learning and CFD). The conference generated also a lot of intentions of participation and submissions of high-quality contributions from the four continents. Given the work undertaken by participants, committees and organizers, we have decided to postpone this year's conference to 26-28 of October 2020. We have retained this only scenario that will reconcile the organization of the PCFD in 2020 and the fight against COVID-19. We know that this date may not be suitable for everyone, but we count on your solidarity and support to successfully hold this event in these exceptional conditions. The registration fees already incurred may be refunded or maintained in light of the new ParCFD 2020 dates. Practical arrangements will be communicated at a later date and all information will be updated on the conference website. This is a difficult but courageous decision that we have made in this exceptional and evolving period since this week for safety of all.
